RATES Unless otherwise specified all rates are per person
In US Dollars, reflecting a discount for cash/check payment.
SERVICE FEES A fee of $25.00 per person is charged per transaction. This fee is non-refundable in all cases.
Additional fees may be added for extensive itineraries and research.
CREDIT CARD (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and
Discover). In most cases a credit card payment does not reflect a higher fare on an airline ticket or cruise or tour. If it did, the price listed on our web site would stipulate this.
CASH SALES Personal and cashier's checks are accepted - For deposit and final payments if received greater than 30 days prior to departure. Full and Final payments made within 30 days of departure must be paid with the accepted credit cards. Where a tour lists 'cash only' prices, then the credit card payment will be surcharged 2.5% extra.
RESEARCH DEPOSIT For international packages $100.00 is due to research and make specific reservations. Should arrangements be secured and confirmed as requested this deposit becomes nonrefundable and will be applied to the actual booking.
INITIAL DEPOSIT Depending on the tour, cruise or rail booking, money is due within a specified amount of time. Should instant purchase, additional deposits or last minute bookings for transportation tickets as defined by the fare (this means most airline excursion fares), full payment will be required at the time of booking.
GROUP BOOKINGS A $75.00 per person is due within 7-15 days of holding space. Each group contract is different. Once money is received by Donna's Travel and Cruise, Inc., a copy of the terms and conditions of the group will be mailed out to you listing deposit dates and final payment dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
AFTER INITIAL DEPOSIT The cancellation penalty will be determined by the fare and/or cruise/tour used. Complete penalties will be confirmed at time of booking.
FINAL After final payment or less than 40 - 60 days prior to all deposits paid may be nonrefundable. Any refunds are at the sole discretion and subject to the policies of the suppliers. Most airline tickets are nonrefundable from the point of purchase. Clients could potentially lose everything and should purchase applicable Trip Cancellation Insurance.
REFUNDS All authorized refunds will be refunded back to how the trip was purchased, either by check or credit card, partial or full depending on the supplier minus our service fee.
If supplies have substantially different deposit and cancellation policies, they will be presented to purchaser at confirmation.
TRAVEL INSURANCE We recommend Travel Insurance to all participants. Persons are often forced to cancel vacations prior to, or during travel due to unexpected injuries or illness. The Trip Cancellation Insurance covers deposits lost as a result of the above cancellation policies. Refunds are Issued for cancellations due to injury, illness or death in the insured's family or traveling companion. Plus, this complete coverage program includes baggage loss, trip delay or interruption, emergency medical and more.

Responsibility: Donna's Travel and Cruise, Inc., Stanwood, Washington and/or its agents act only in the capacity of agent for participants in all matters pertaining to accommodations, activities, and transportation whether by airplane, ship, railroad, bus, automobile, gondola, chairlift, snow coach, snowmobile or any other means of conveyance and shall not be liable for any injury, accident, damage, loss, delay or irregularity occasioned by neglect or default of any company or person engaged in conveyance of passengers, housing of participants or supplying of services in conjunction with Donna's Travel and Cruise, Inc. travel packages.
Donna's Travel and Cruise, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw a package, to make changes in the published itineraries, or to refuse to accept or retain any person as a participant at any time, whenever in their judgment conditions warrant, or if changes are necessary for the convenience, comfort or safety of the participants. Neither Donna's Travel and Cruise, Inc. and/or its agents are to be held responsible for the closing of access routes to or from resorts due to weather conditions or for lack of snow which may close down resort operations nor are they to be held liable for any additional expense, consequence or inconvenience resulting from the above conditions. Donna's Travel and Cruise, Inc. will not be liable for a payment of refund for unused housing, meals, or activities occasioned by a late arrival, sickness or injury. All Donna's Travel and Cruise, Inc. p;rices are based on tariffs in effect at the time of publication of sales literature, and are subject to reconfirmation when final payments are made.

Pursuant to current state law a number of details have been presented to you on invoices, travel documents and marketing materials. They include our registration number, complete cancellation, deposit and payment policies, complete package inclusions, suppliers used such as transportation companies, specific hotels and resorts. This statement is required by the state: If transportation or other services are canceled by the seller of travel (Donna's Travel and Cruise, Inc.), all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not performed in accordance with the contract between the seller of travel and the purchaser will be refunded within thirty days of receiving the funds from the vendor with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the vendor, the funds shall be returned within fourteen days after cancellation by the seller of travel to the purchaser unless the purchaser requests the seller of travel to apply the money to another travel product and/or date.
